Jana Richtie richtet in der Serie "Familie Ritchie" die Kamera auf ihre persönliche Lebenswelt: ihre Familienmitglieder und sich selbst. "Familie Ritchie" thematisiert die Ambivalenz des klassischen Familienideals und die Fliehkräfte zwischen persönlicher Freiheit, Individualität, Solidarität und Zugehörigkeit.
"The Ritchie Family" by Jana Ritchie focuses on her personal surroundings: members of her family and herself. The series examines ambivalence with respect to the traditional image of a family and the strong yet contradictory need for individuality and independence of each family member.
